Andrew J. Hauser

Andy has been practicing law in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will County since 2005. While the majority of his experience has been in Family Law, he also has significant experience in commercial litigation, landlord tenant disputes, forcible entry and detainer (evictions), residential real estate transactions, commercial contract negotiations, collections, DUI and other traffic related offenses, and a variety of small claims cases.

Andy received his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2005. While attending Northern, he was a graduate assistant to the office of Career Opportunities and Alumni Development. Andy also chaired the College of Law Street Law program, educating high school students about civil rights and liberties for DeKalb County high schools. He also served as President of the International Law Society.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana in History in 1998.

Andy is a member of the Kane County Bar Association and the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. He continues to volunteer for the DuPage County pro se help desk and the Kane County ask a lawyer day.
